SOCIO-ECONOMIC EXPERTS AND INSTITUTIONAL WATER AND SANITATION
POSITION:
We are looking for socio-economic integration of a mission project management / project management on projects of study and / or construction of urban infrastructure: water supply, sewerage, pumping station, treatment plant …
AREAS OF INTERVENTION:
you will make feasibility studies of projects, audits, evaluations, analysis of sectoral investment programs or institutional strengthening.
You organize the training of leaders / facilitators to the implementation of procedures applied to the IEC project water of drinking water, hygiene and sanitation
You work in conjunction with community stakeholders and municipal.
PROFILE:
Economic or socio-economist.
Your training will enable you to simultaneously address the economic, organizational / institutional and financial possibly essential public services and companies that provide them in developing countries.
10 years minimum experience in the field of institutional expertise and economic projects in the sectors of drinking water or sanitation, at least half in developing countries.
A true fluency in oral communication (conduct meetings, workshops, training seminars, PowerPoint presentation).
LANGUAGE: French
LOCATION: on the sites of projects in Africa
CONTRACT: based on the duration of missions
SALARY: depending on the profile and experience
