STARTING DATE: (date when the selected candidate is expected to start) 22-Aug-2011
DURATION OF INITIAL CONTRACT: Six months REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The candidate for the job will be required to have at least a Masters University Degree or its equivalent in Economics, Engineering, Applied Sciences, Social Sciences or a related discipline.

Given the policy, programming and technical orientation of the key deliverables, the candidate should have not less than 15 years in costing, policy formulation, and project/program management and implementation.
