A GRADUATE VACANCY RECRUITMENT FOR HUMAN RESOUCE MANAGER IN KWARA STATE

A manufacturing company based in Ilorin ,Kwara state has an opening for the position of Human Resource manager thus:

  Job Title: HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
  Job Description:
               Substantial knowledge and experience of general human resource management,particularly recruitment and selection,grievance and disciplinary,personnel administration(including payroll management),change management,learning and development and general organizational development.
Knowledge and experience of HR practices and employment legislation within Nigeria.
Knowledge of effective capacity building,learning and development activities and how to create the right working environment with strong knowledge in management skills 
Good knowledge and experience in methodologies for conducting needs analysis,training program development,implementation,monitoring and evaluation with cognate training experience.
Experience in using a computerized human resources management information system(such as sage pastel).And good computer skills(word,excel, etc)
proven analytic and conceptual thinking,project management and organizational skills with experience using formal project management techniques and leading the implementation and operational improvements.
Initiative,problem solving and good organizational skills.
A critical focus on providing a superior service to managers and staff delivering agreed results.
Proven experience and ability to deal with complex situations.
Excellent personal communication skills in written and verbal English.
High level of numeracy and statistical ability.
Excellent human management abilities,strong and persuasive skills,having ability to build strong and credible relationship with internal and external individuals and organization.
A high level of self-awareness, possessing personal initiative and sound judgement,
Energetic,flexible with capacity to work in a team under pressure,prioritize a large workload under tight deadlines and to adjust to constant changing situations while maintaining focus on delivery and follow-through.
Ability and willingness to travel and to work extra hours as neccessary.
QUALIFICATIONS:
                         Relevant academic qualifications in Human Resource Management.
                         Organizational development and Psychology or related discipline,is essential.
                         A Post-Graduate Qualification in relevant discipline is an added advantage.
EXPERIENCE:
                      10 years human resources experience in a manufacturing company.
                       Minimum of 3 years management experience in Leadership skills.
